1. Service

AxeSocials provides social media management, scheduling, analytics, and automation tools. By connecting your social accounts, you authorize us to post and manage content on your behalf.

2. Social Platform Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring all content complies with each social platform's terms of service. AxeSocials is not liable for platform policy violations.

3. Account Security

OAuth tokens for social platforms are stored encrypted. You may revoke access at any time through your account settings or the respective social platform.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create and publish through AxeSocials. We do not claim any rights to your content.

5. Auto-Posting

You authorize automated posting on your behalf when scheduling is enabled. Review scheduled content before it goes live to ensure accuracy.

6. Agency Use

Agency users must obtain explicit authorization from clients before managing their social accounts through AxeSocials.

1. Social Data

We access your social media data (posts, analytics, messages) only as authorized via OAuth. This data is used to provide the service and is not shared.

2. Analytics Data

We store analytics data (likes, reaches, impressions) to provide historical reporting. This data is retained for your account's lifetime plus 1 year.

3. Inbox Data

Messages and comments processed through our unified inbox are temporarily cached for display. We do not permanently store message content.

4. Third Parties

We use cloud infrastructure and analytics tools. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements.

Acceptable Content

AxeSocials may be used for legitimate business social media management including brand content, marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and community management.

Prohibited Content

Spam, hate speech, misinformation, coordinated inauthentic behavior, fake engagement, or any content violating platform policies is strictly prohibited.

Automation Limits

Follow/unfollow automation must respect platform rate limits. Bulk follow/unfollow operations that violate platform terms are prohibited.

Enforcement

Accounts found violating this policy are suspended. We cooperate with social platforms in investigating policy violations.

Agency Responsibilities

Agencies using AxeSocials to manage client accounts must have written authorization from each client. Agencies are liable for all content published on client accounts.

Client Data

Client social data accessed through AxeSocials must be used only for providing services to that specific client. Client data may not be shared between agency accounts.

White Label

White label features allow agencies to present AxeSocials as their own product. Agencies must not misrepresent the underlying technology to clients in ways that could be fraudulent.

Sub-accounts

Agency sub-accounts for clients are subject to the same terms as primary accounts. Agencies are responsible for their clients' compliance.

Free Trial

All plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required during trial. Cancel anytime during trial at no charge.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly plans: Refundable within 48 hours if fewer than 10 posts have been scheduled. Annual plans: Refundable on a pro-rata basis within 30 days.

Service Downtime

If AxeSocials is unavailable for more than 12 hours in a month, affected subscribers receive a pro-rata credit.
