1. Service

AxeXVX provides URL shortening, file hosting, and link analytics services. By using this service you agree to these terms.

2. Prohibited Links

You may not shorten links to malware, phishing sites, illegal content, adult content without age verification, or any content that violates applicable laws.

3. File Hosting

Uploaded files must not contain malware, illegal content, or copyrighted material without rights. All uploads are scanned automatically. Violating files are removed without notice.

4. Link Expiry

Free plan links inactive for 90+ days may be deactivated. Pro and Agency plan links are retained as long as the subscription is active.

5. Monetization

Ad revenue is paid monthly for balances above ₹500. We reserve the right to hold or reverse earnings from fraudulent clicks.

6. Termination

Accounts violating these terms are terminated without notice or refund.

1. Click Data

We collect anonymized click data including IP (hashed), country, device type, browser, and referrer to provide analytics to link creators.

2. File Data

Uploaded file metadata is stored for hosting purposes. File contents are not accessed except for automated virus scanning.

3. User Data

Account information is stored securely. We do not share personal data with third parties except as required by law.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to improve our service.

Copyright Infringement

AxeXVX respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, send a DMCA takedown notice to [email protected].

Takedown Process

Valid DMCA notices are processed within 24-48 hours. Include: your contact information, description of copyrighted work, URL of infringing content, and your good-faith statement.

Counter-Notice

Users who believe their content was wrongly removed may file a counter-notice. False DMCA claims may result in account termination.
